Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Settings › Account › Delete account.

If you can no longer open the app, email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.

After you ask to delete, your account is deactivated for 7 days. Sign in with the same email within 7 days to cancel. On day 7 we delete your account, your plan and allowance records, and all the learning data synced to the cloud. We finish within 15 days of your request. Copies in our daily server backups are removed within 30 days as the backups rotate; ledger entries of AI usage and cost, and the digests used to prevent repeated claims of invitation rewards, remain but are no longer linked to any account.

Data that stays on your own devices is not touched by account deletion; remove it by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. Before deleting, we suggest using "Export all data" in the app.
